Currently, the Congress of the United States is debating H.R. 3103(Congress) and S.B. 2055(Senate) or the Hearing Aid Assistance Tax Credit Act. This act would allow individuals over the age of 55, or parents of hearing impaired dependent child/children a $500 tax credit per hearing instrument purchased, once every five years.
